Terms of service
FeedPup XML Supplier Sync · Effective 2026-10-05
1. The service and operator
FeedPup XML Supplier Sync helps business merchants connect supplier XML feeds to WooCommerce, review field mappings, import products and keep selected product information, prices, stock and category assignments in sync through the FeedPup WordPress plugin.
The service is operated by ΑΝΔΡΕΑΣ ΓΙΩΡΓΑΡΑΣ, trading as PLANO, Καναδά 11, Ρόδος. Tax number (ΑΦΜ): 047290419. Business registry number (ΓΕΜΗ): 2810543957. Support: contact@weareplano.gr.
2. Your supplier data and permissions
Connect only feeds and product information that you have permission to access and use in your WooCommerce store. You are responsible for the accuracy of your supplier information and for the rights to use descriptions, images and other content.
Do not use the app to access unauthorized systems, distribute unlawful content, bypass another service’s access controls or interfere with the service. Keep private supplier feed links confidential.
3. Reviewing mappings and imports
The app suggests field mappings, which may require your review or correction. Check the examples, product identifiers, prices, currency, inventory location and import settings before confirming a mapping or starting an import. Suggestions, including any made with AI assistance, are help and not a guarantee that every field is correct.
Test imports create up to the displayed test limit as WooCommerce draft products. A full import follows the product status you select; choosing Published can publish imported products, including products previously created by a test import. Review products before making them available to buyers.
4. Automatic updates and your settings
The app updates the fields enabled in your supplier’s sync settings, using your saved mapping and applicable pricing and stock rules. Keep those settings appropriate for your store. Supplier feeds can change or become unavailable, and scheduled runs can be delayed or fail. Review feed health and sync history when an issue is reported.
Products missing from a supplier feed are left in your store, not deleted automatically. Stock and prices reflect the supplier data available to the app when a run is processed; they are not a guarantee of the supplier’s real-time availability or of your sales margin.
5. Plans and Stripe billing
Features, feed allowances, catalog limits and sync intervals depend on your selected plan. The Plans page shows the prices and allowances offered to your store. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose. Paid app charges and subscription payment processing are handled through Stripe hosted billing; we do not receive your payment-card details.
The billing currency, amount and billing interval shown by Stripe Checkout or Stripe-hosted billing are authoritative for the subscription you approve. Review them before accepting a paid plan or plan change. Paid subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments, where Stripe acts as the merchant of record: it calculates, collects and remits applicable VAT or sales tax, issues receipts and invoices, and provides transaction-level payment support. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required, and your card statement may show “LINK.COM*” or “Sold through Link”.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Stripe processes recurring charges and billing receipts. Advance renewal emails require enabled Stripe account notification settings; a receipt after payment is not an advance reminder. Review the next renewal date and cancel before it using the available controls and their displayed effective date.
You can change plan or cancel through the app’s subscription controls. Review the app’s explanation of when a change takes effect. When a lower plan cannot support all connected feeds, affected feeds may be paused; this does not delete products already in WooCommerce.
These terms create no additional cancellation fee or refund promise. Applicable Stripe billing terms, payment processor rules and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
6. Disconnecting or uninstalling
Disconnecting a supplier removes that feed’s settings and the links between supplier items and WooCommerce products. Products already in WooCommerce remain. If you reconnect, the previous links are no longer available to identify those products for updates. Review your existing products and import settings before starting another import; depending on the items imported, new products may be created instead of updating the previous ones.
Disconnecting or uninstalling the WordPress plugin revokes the app’s bridge access to your store. Feed settings and product links are retained for up to 30 days to support reinstalling, unless erased earlier on request. This does not cancel a separate Stripe subscription; use the subscription controls to cancel, or contact support if you no longer have app access. Necessary billing identifiers follow the Privacy policy’s separate retention rules.
7. Privacy and data handling
The Privacy policy explains the information stored, processing by the WordPress bridge, Stripe and AI providers, security measures, retention and contact details. The app does not request WooCommerce customer or order data. Read the policy at /privacy, including the data handling section at /privacy#data-handling.
8. Changes, questions and support
The service and its documentation may be updated as WooCommerce, WordPress, Stripe and supplier integrations change. Material changes to these terms will include an updated effective date and appropriate notice to merchants before they take effect, unless an immediate change is required by law or for security. If you do not agree to revised terms, you may stop using the service and cancel your subscription through the available controls.
Changes to these terms do not themselves change an approved subscription’s price or plan. Subscription changes remain subject to Stripe billing, the app’s billing controls and applicable law.
Questions about these terms or the service: contact@weareplano.gr.
9. Acceptance and professional use
By installing or using the app after these terms have been made available to you, you agree to them. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The app is intended for business and professional use in managing WooCommerce stores. This description does not exclude any rights or protections that mandatory law gives you.
10. Your content and the processing licence
As between you and us, you retain ownership of your store and supplier content to the extent you own it. Suppliers and other rights holders retain their rights in content you use under their permission. Connecting a feed does not transfer ownership to us or give you rights you did not already have.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to access, copy, transmit and process that content solely as necessary to analyze your feed, suggest mappings, import and sync products, and provide the related service you request. We may use service providers for those purposes as described in the Privacy policy. This licence does not authorize selling your content or using it for unrelated advertising or AI model training.
The licence lasts only as needed to provide the service and carry out the retention, deletion and legal obligations described in these terms and the Privacy policy. Retention after termination does not authorize new imports or syncing.
11. Service availability
We will use reasonable care in providing the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, or continuous connectivity to supplier feeds, your WordPress/WooCommerce site or Stripe. Maintenance, network failures, supplier changes, WordPress plugin errors, WooCommerce changes, Stripe outages and platform restrictions can interrupt or delay operations.
Review reported errors, your mappings and the resulting products. Keep appropriate records of your supplier data and important store settings. These responsibilities do not remove our obligation to use reasonable care or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
Subject to mandatory law, our responsibility is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by our failure to meet these terms or use reasonable care. To the extent legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business opportunities or anticipated profits that arise indirectly from an interruption or error.
To the extent legally permitted, our total liability for all claims arising in any period of 12 months is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app through Stripe-hosted billing in the 12 months before the event and €100.
We are not responsible for failures of supplier, WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, Stripe or other third-party systems outside our reasonable control, or for incorrect supplier content or merchant settings, except to the extent our own breach or failure to use reasonable care contributes to the loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. No blanket waiver of statutory rights is intended.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of abuse, a security risk, unlawful use, material breach of these terms, non-payment of amounts due through Stripe-hosted billing, or a legal, Stripe, WordPress or WooCommerce platform requirement. Any restriction should be proportionate to its reason.
Where practicable and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve a remediable issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect the service, stores or others, or to meet a legal or platform requirement.
You may stop using the app, cancel a paid subscription through the available controls, or uninstall the WordPress plugin. Suspension or termination does not itself create a new fee or override Stripe’s billing process or mandatory rights.
14. Effects of termination and data access
When access ends, we cannot continue providing imports or automatic syncing to you. Products already in WooCommerce remain available in your store, subject to your own WordPress and WooCommerce access rules. Review your products and disable any workflows you no longer need.
Before disconnecting or uninstalling, review or retain any settings and history you need while app access is available. You may contact support about access to information still held by us and applicable privacy rights. These terms do not promise a separate export feature or indefinite access to retained app data.
Disconnecting or uninstalling the WordPress plugin revokes store access immediately. Feed settings and product links are retained for up to 30 days to support reinstalling, unless erased earlier on request. Other data follows the retention periods in the Privacy policy, and information required by law may be retained for that purpose. Disconnecting a feed removes its settings and links as described in section 6; the uninstall retention period does not restore those removed links.
15. Governing law and disputes
Governing law, forum and available remedies will be determined under applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive either party of mandatory rights under applicable law.
Please contact contact@weareplano.gr about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising legal rights. If a dispute is not resolved, jurisdiction and available remedies will be determined under applicable law. These terms do not require exclusive proceedings in a specified court or mandatory arbitration.
